Refund Policy

Plants, produce and farm goods

We check every plant before it leaves the farm. Please inspect your plants before you leave the farm. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges after pickup.

Pre-orders

If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will refund what you paid for the unfilled item. If you need to cancel a pre-order, contact us as soon as possible and we will handle it case by case.

Logo merchandise

Shirts, hoodies, hats and mugs are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email a photo to info@poeslittlefarm.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

Card surcharge

If we refund all or part of a credit card purchase, we also refund the matching share of the surcharge.
