About the event
We grow hardneck garlic from certified organic seed stock right here on our farm. Garlic scapes, the curly flower stalks with a mild garlic flavor, are ready in June and are great in pesto, stir-fries and on the grill. The bulbs are harvested in July and cured, so freshly cured garlic is ready in late July. Supplies are limited because we grow in small batches. RSVP and we'll message you first when each one is ready.
